The North Carolina Association of County Commissioners is proud to introduce our new proprietary provider network known as CAPE – “Carolina Access for Public Entities.”
Carolina Access for Public Entities or “CAPE” is the provider network of the County Health Plan. The County Health Plan is administered by the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) and is designed exclusively to serve the needs of county governments and county entities. The NCACC has contracted with TrueChoice USA to build the CAPE network throughout the state. |
